Today glowforge button went yellow/orange and wouldn’t work. After a long while of researching and fiddle with no improvement, I let the machine sit while I ran errands. After I returned, it worked for a little while then went back to bottom issue.
Now it is still yellow/orange and system just says “scanning”.
Any ideas?
Yes I went through that. Doesn’t seem to help.
There is quite a long list of things to check including a list of things to photograph and note checking ribbons, magnets, what the GFUI says, what the temps are etc, etc. If you check all the suggestions and post all the info asked of those folks there is only the staff looking at your logs, as nobody else would have a suggestion not listed several times on those lists.
I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
