I am having troubles trying to figure out how I can purchase a Glowforge and you can take my money and ship it to me.
But when you give me a credit of your money and the pattern I want doesn’t have to ship but is sent via the internet the same as the free patterns that are available to all no matter what country you’re in. How is this such a big unsolvable problem???

I’m so sorry for the trouble @bwlr55! It looks like we’ve shipped your Glowforge and Proofgrade orders domestically, within the United States.
Unfortunately, our shop and catalog are not yet setup for international purchases. I’ve passed your feedback along to the team.
