Thanks @rbtdanforth, @Xabbess, @Jules, and @arh2. It really is hard to get perspective on the past four years. You all are a significant part of my life and I so appreciate collaborating with you on this project. Iā€™ll have to figure up the machine today just because. I havenā€™t done any big projects but being able to cut little bits and pieces here and there is just such a cool thing. I hope to be my home office/workshop a bit more organized so I can do projects with the Glowforge more efficiently. I am working on storage boxes and shelving. Yesterday I cleared off the desk so that I can do some work on it and not be spread out all over.

In fact, I am. itā€™s my day off, which I finally got around to starting at 2:00 PM after back to back hospital calls. Itā€™s a gorgeous fall day in Missouri. I am going to do some cashew chicken tonight. Got a new propane bottle for my wok burner and am good to go. Just took a mango-peach pie out of the oven. Iā€™m getting ready to mix up some artichoke dip with some smoked salmon for appetizers. My sister and bother-in-law are coming over to watch the Cardinals play tonight.

Wowee! Right as I was reading Marionā€™s post and wishing happy cakeday to Henry, the clock turned past midnight and lo and behold my slice of cake appeared. 4 yearsā€¦gone so fast, but so much fun and the best part has been meeting so many great people on the forum.
