Calibration Not Working After Cleaning

We cleaned our machine, including our air assist fan then attempted to calibrate our machine. As you can see, the lines are jagged, and it did not complete the full calibration. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, how did you fix it? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

This behavior is often the result of incorrect belt tension, incorrect belt placement or cracked wheels. With the machine off, remove the honeycomb tray and place a mirror on the floor of the Glowforge so that you can visualize the belt as you gently glide the printhead left and right. Are the teeth of the belt facing inward? Are there any twists in the belt? Is the tension loose?


You put the belt back on wrong when you reattached the carriage plate.
