Camera didn't take a picture

I am having constant problems with my Glowforge giving the error message that it didn’t take a picture. I have followed the instructions with respect to checking the cable connections, cleaning the camera, etc. and nothing is helping.

I have restarted the machine dozens of times, reset the WiFi router and tried everything I can think of.

Attached are pictures of the error message as well as all of the cable connections.

Please advise. Thank you.
