Camera won't show the whole bed

I was able to do a print yesterday. We have our glwoforge at school. Just added air filter yesterday ( don’t think that is the issue but the only change).

I traced a student drawing and trying to turn it into a keychain. It does not show the whole bed, not sure what to do, or what I did ?!? Please help if you can, picture attached of what my screen shows. THANK YOU for any help/suggestions

The lid camera does not show the entire bed, as only a portion of that is available for printing.

Whenever you or your students have questions, execute a quick search here in the forum and you will find a wealth of helpful information.

As stated previously, the Glowforge camera shows the usable area of the bed, not its entirety. Orient your material and artwork relative to the lower right corner for best results.

THANK YOU! I tried but wasn’t sure how to search for it, the camera was working, so it wasn’t a camera issue. Still learning but will work on search skills

It never changes. Camera alignment is set at the factory. The only way the view changes in scale is with different thicknesses of material.

You were probably zoomed out at the time, which made it look like you could see the entire bed (but not really).
