Hi Kendra…you don’t want to post your phone number on the forum. (Not the safest thing in the world to do.) You can edit that by clicking on the little Pencil icon under your post.
The Glowforge staff doesn’t do phone support. If you want to describe the problem you are having, someone here will probably be able to help you, or direct you to some tutorials.
