I have a deadline and I cannot figure it out, either in Vectornator or Inkscape. I’m not the most tech person and it’ll take me a while to learn, but I have a deadline or I’ll lose the contract.

I assume you mean engrave, not emboss (embossing is a physical process where are shape is pressed into a soft material like leather or cardstock…)
