I’m sick of playing email games with glowforge. I’m posting this just to get someone to email me back.
Support no longer monitors the forum. You will need to email them to get assistance.
You will notice that this section is now called “community support” rather than problems and support. If you’d like to see if some other owners might be able to help you, please feel free to let us know what’s going on. Otherwise, as @dklgood has said, email will now be your only means of getting some help. Either that or the support phone number.
Make sure you check your junk folder in case their email ended up in there.
Unfortunately I have been emailing them back and forth since November, the forum is the only way I can get a response from them.
Not anymore. They changed the policy this week. Your only option is email and phone (mostly email).
Try emailing glowforge.
