Can I get a reset? (1. Medium Plywood) Shoji Votive Candle Holder

One of the designs I purchased in the Design Library never loads when selected. I would like to get it reset. I am aware that we can reset them back to default ourselves, but the design in question won’t even load up to a point that I can select that option. Other designs seem to load and function as per usual. Please reset this item ((1. Medium Plywood) Shoji Votive Candle Holder) from your end if possible.

P.S. Part 2 (The Acrylic part), loads and acts fine.

Lol, Of course after an hour of playing with it and trying to get it to load with no success, I come here to ask for help. Post this message and return back to the page and its loaded…

Murphy’s Law, Able to access it again. It now loads quickly as before. Not sure what the problem was… or maybe you guys just addressed it that fast :wink: Thanks anyway
