One of the designs I purchased in the Design Library never loads when selected. I would like to get it reset. I am aware that we can reset them back to default ourselves, but the design in question won’t even load up to a point that I can select that option. Other designs seem to load and function as per usual. Please reset this item ((1. Medium Plywood) Shoji Votive Candle Holder) from your end if possible.

Murphy’s Law, Able to access it again. It now loads quickly as before. Not sure what the problem was… or maybe you guys just addressed it that fast
