Can Not Update Payment Info- Since 11/9 NO Profile Option to Manage Subcription

Since 11/9 I’ve tried updating payment information. Each attempt was declined- ERROR message can not collect from the saved card. Which I’ve updated 100 times. Yes, I entered all numbers correctly. Per GF Instructions to update payment info.
Settings> Purchase History > Manage Subscription> Payment Methods. Managing Subscription is not an option for me and has never been. My Glowforge purchase was through bank wire. Please update my profile-I did ask back in July or at least call me back so that I can update my account. I do see this is/or has been an issue with GF.
