Can only engrave

Just received my GF and I’m only able to engrave only not able to cut. does anybody know why and can help me. THNX

Have you printed the first three intro items?

No I have only printed 2 design of my own. I take it that there is list I must go thru of thinsg to print.

Doing the recommended first three prints walks you through the basics of what is required to get the different functions to work as intended (score, cut, engrave) among other GF basics. It’s helpful to do.

This sounds like you don’t have any vector artwork in your design. Vectors are required for cutting.

Take a look at this, it is a great start after the first three. Yeah it sounds like you don’t have any vectors, rasters engrave only.
