Welcome to the community. I honestly can’t answer that question. I notice that you have no material chosen. Did any part of this get completed? Or did it just stop first thing? I do see the settings down the left hand side, but really can’t tell what you were wanting to do.
Sometimes if there’s an issue with the file the laser will fail when processing. If you don’t mind, if you upload the file here one of us can see if it also fails on our machines - or if we can see what the issue is.
The file print the first time and now it’s failed mult times. So I’m confused.
