Cannot get out of "FOCUSING" mode

In middle of job and engraving ceased. Have checked all connections. Went in with a cleaned machine. Have rebooted numerous times and still only in focusing mode. Help please, trying to get product out to customers.

UPDATE; Still can’t get out of Focusing, Status says operational, cleared browser, log out and in, cannot refresh camera view in fact cannot do anything.

Timewise going on 2 hours.

Have been through the list of items to check several times, cleaning, browser, wifi etc.etc. still no go. waiting for GF staff response. Thanks.

What type of material is in the bed?
