Can't access store or gallery

I’m logged into the app and can control my glowforge, but the gallery and shop tabs ask for a user ID and password and it isn’t accepting mine.

Are you the original buyer? If yes, are you using the same email? If yes, then I don’t know - if either of those are a no, login with the original info.

(I bought mine under one email, and use it under another - so I login to the original only when I’m buying on credit or the like and adding new users, everything else is under the new email)

Had to do a password reset to fix the problem.

Yes and Yes. But the password reset fixed it. It was almost behaving as if their authentication server was down.
