Cant add a simple heart to my design. I have the premium account

I click the plus sign and write heart and click on the one I want and it says uploading to file but never does …

Try a different heart. There have been cases where the image is broken - or share which one you are trying and let someone else give it a shot.

I tried like 4 or 5 of them still nothing.

So it says “adding art”, there is the bar showing progress and then nothing shows? Try a different browser. Or are you clicking “upload” before the +?

It should say adding art, not uploading.

Clearing your cache might help.

Thanks guys I got it !!! Emptied all my previous work restarted it and tried a few hearts and one worked !!!
