When I go to app.glowforge.com I “create” a “New blank design” & when I click the "T"ext symbol, my page goes “https://app.glowforge.com/designs/M5R6XNQa/edit” completely white. Did I do something wrong?
That doesn’t sound right. Usually when something gets weird in the interface, I’ve found clearing my cache and restarting my browser will fix it. If that doesn’t do it, go to whatismybrowser.com and copy the URL it gives you, and paste it here for when Support gets here to help figure it out.

Ok, I cleared my cache, cookies, and browsing history. How do you restart your browser? Just close it and reopen it?
Quit the program, and then reopen it.

In addition to the excellent advice from @geek2nurse you could try a different browser and see if the problem persists. (if you’re using Chrome, try Firefox. If Edge try Chrome, etc)
