Can't Connect New Glowforge

So I recently got a new glowforge- I’ve had one previously and the setup was nearly the exact same as this time, however the new one doesn’t want to connect no matter what I do. I bought a wifi extender, which works, and did all the steps on the website about connecting and nothing is working.

It just says the same message- cannot connect, try moving the router.

I really am beyond frustrated and dont understand how my internet cannot work for the glowforge when it works for my computer, printer and phone and I also have an extender in place, all at full bars of coverage. Now it doesn’t show the glowforge at all when I try to connect. Does anyone have any ideas?
I know it’s likely my internet is the issue somehow i just don’t know the cause.

Teal after it starts up.

That means it does not have WiFi connected - press and hold the button and then go to set up process to add the machine again and set up the WiFi
