I have had Premium now for a couple months and i have not been able to download any premium prints i have been working kind of with a rep to know avail I just keep getting emails that state we are still working on it. This premium feature is not cheap and i have been very patient. i keep getting this message when i try to log in or download “Invalid Multipass request. The given email address is already used by another customer (with a different Multipass identifier).” Can anyone in the forum help me as i have been unsuccessful with tech support to fix this problem quite frustrated. I see a thread on this question but my problem still exist.
