I got a new router a while ago and I haven’t had time to work on my GF for quite a while but today when I connected it to my router I can’t find it on my account. I have scoured the internet but either no one has had this problem or I don’t know how to describe it. I have put in a ticket but it is the weekend and I do have a little time to play now. I can see my GF on my network just can’t find it in the app. It just says select a printer with none to select.
You probably just need to go through the wifi setup again. Hold the button down for 10 seconds until it turns teal, connect your computer to the Glowforge wifi, etc. Here’s a link to the pertinent troubleshooting page: https://glowforge.com/support/topic/troubleshooting/wi-fi
