I have been fighting this for the past hour on something that needs to ship today. Changed wifi networks. Put the router next to it. Tried hotspot but thats a joke where the glowforge is at.
Can somebody look at the logs? Checked the cables and everything looks fine.
I’m sorry that your unit is getting stuck while centering. Thank you for letting us know what you’ve tried so far. I extracted the logs to take a closer look.
Since everything is connected properly, it’s likely that the black cable on the lid has a problem. I’d like to send you a replacement for that cable, along with some instructions on how to replace it so we can get you back to printing as quickly as possible. I’ll be in touch via email very soon to sort out the details.
