Can't reset password

Hi, I changed my email a while ago and now I can’t reset my password, If I put in my old email it says a don’t own a GF and if I put in my new one I don’t receive the link.
I have:
-Checked my spam and trash folders
-tried both emails
-I receive email alerts from you to my new email
-tried both my email and user name in the rest screen.

To create an account on, you must have ordered a Glowforge. Then:

On the homepage (not here on the FAQ page, which is different!)

Click “Sign In” Click “no password” and enter the email address you used to order your Glowforge.

Follow the email instructions to create a new password.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

Log in under “Owners” using your email address and newly created password.

Now, you can manage your order and post to the community forum.

Should you be unable to set up your account, you can email to get help with your password reset.
