To create an account on Glowforge.com, you must have ordered a Glowforge. Then:
On the Glowforge.com homepage (not here on the FAQ page, which is different!)
Click “Sign In” Click “no password” and enter the email address you used to order your Glowforge.
Follow the email instructions to create a new password.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
Log in under “Owners” using your email address and newly created password.
Now, you can manage your order and post to the community forum.
Should you be unable to set up your account, you can email support@glowforge.com to get help with your password reset.
