My carriage plate belt is shredded causing massive alignment issues. I put in a support to see about buying/expediting shipment for a new one. But curious if anyone knows if they can be purchased at local hardware stores? What do I ask for if so? I appreciate any advice.
FYI you’ve opened a second support ticket by posting in Problems and Support, which slows their response time. It’s best to either email them or post here, but not both.
