Scoring has been wobbly lately and found the issue. Does anyone know how to fix it?

If you are in a hurry order from a Etsy or eBay store. Mine broke last year and I order a set from a store. Delivered the next day.
Glowforge also replaced mine for free but they came 2 weeks later
