Does anyone know how I can request cash for my store credit from a referral?
If it still works the way it used to, when Support sends you the letter notifying you that you received a referral credit it gives you the option at the bottom of that email to choose cash or credit. (AFAIK that is the only opportunity to switch to cash instead of the credit.)
But it still takes over 30 days to see either, since they wait until the buyer has decided to keep the machine, before they hand out credits/cash.
