I am having an issue with adding a catalog item to my dashboard. I select to add the item, it says it will be there shortly but then when I go back to my dashboard it isn’t there. When I look up the item again it wants me to add it to my dashboard again. Thoughts?

Definitely try refreshing the browser tab. Most likely you’ve done that already but in case you haven’t it might be that simple.

And if that doesn’t help, try a different browser…
