Centering/Scanning Tried all options

I have read what seems like every post about this and have tried to:
*Reset Wifi
*Logged out of my account and logged back in
*Cleaned the lasers/camera/mirrors
*Checked the 5 clips
*rebooted my computer
*Moved the head to the center of the machine
*Reset the modem for the wireless router…

Am I missing anything??

Have you tried setting your phone up as a hot spot and connecting the glowforge to that?

I set up my ATT hot spot and the dashboard just says centering

I would say last ditch effort, try doing a reset on the glowforge itself. It may need to recalibrate through the same initial setup process it goes through when you receive it.
