Checking my own machine's logs

Am I able to check my own logs when something goes wrong with my laser?
I’m in the middle of an important project and my room IS NOT HOT AT ALL and my laser won’t work.
It’s actually a very cool evening.
Super frustrated. :expressionless:

Sure thing.

What is often apparently an overheating problem it turns out is frequently something else. Most often the ribbon connection to the laser head has an issue that it is not tightly plugged in or otherwise a bad connection .

No problems with exhaust? Flow good?

Did that help?

I apologize for the continued trouble. Logs are stored on your Glowforge for Wi-Fi connection and initial setup details only - they do not typically provide information about errors that occur during prints. If you’re having trouble, the most effective way to get help is to contact support, so thank you for doing so. We’re already working with you via email, so I’m going to close this thread.
