Communication off with Support

On the 3rd, Glowforge reached out to me and said they would send me a new carriage plate because mine broke…they asked me to verify my address and asked if I wanted expedited shipping. I immediately wrote back verifying address, saying yes I want expedited shipping and could I please purchase an additional one to have as a spare…
Nothing back from them since and I am a little unsure of what to do?
