Head crash on startup calibration?

This happened to me a few times. I’ve found turning the unit off and manually moving the head under the camera works to fix it. I would recommend emailing support when this happens with the time it happened. It will help them fix whatever bug that’s causing it.

Please be sure the unit is off before moving the head. But, as @joe recommended, definitely let support know either via a thread here or an email.
