Good morning, could someone please give me some advice. After searching extensively for the way to fix this and trying all for the suggestions I have found I just need to ask for help. suddenly two or three days ago, the “create a new design” button disappeared from the design program. I am a premium member, I don’t know if that matters at all. if also tried uploading new files while in an existing file and that also will not work. all of the previously added files are there but I can not upload anything new. I did read of someone that had this happen a few years ago and I tried the suggestions offered. I’ve had the machine for about 4 years and have never had anything similar to this happen.
Try opening the app in a different browser. Sometimes browsers update in the background and new pop up blockers interfere. There have been several instances recently where Edge stopped working correctly.
Chrome no longer works at all for me. The same button is missing, as is all of the left side stuff below where it should be, but if I open a design, most of the UI is broken, the “…” menu is blank, and it usually crashes after 20-30s. Latest OS and version/update of chrome. All plugins disabled.
