How do I go about requesting credit for proofgrade with random knots that won’t fully cut through? I received 18 sheets of 1/4" walnut and 4 of them had knots in some small areas that would not cut through so I wasted four sheets. Cut settings were all the same for all 18 panels and 14 of them were fine. Thanks in advance.
