Credits and Billing gone?

I noticed the Credits and Billing section is gone from my account. I still had some credits I’d been saving that I wanted to use on some materials. Anyone know what’s going on?

Well, that certainly explains what happened to the link on the account page. It would still be nice to be able to see exactly what amount we have available to use.
