Crooked lines and a broken wheel after one month?

I received my Glowforge about a month ago. Less than 15 cuts in and i started getting crooked lines.

I’ve checked the belts for debris (there was none), made sure the belts weren’t loose (they were not) and after removing the printer head noticed there was a broken wheel.

The other wheels that I am able to see looked okay, but is there any other area I should look??

They’ve had a bad batch of these wheels. They’ll send replacements.
