Very Cool. I’m trying to figure out how to make a Icosidodecahedron and am struggling. I’m still learning Fusion360 to be able to create the inside parts on 3D printer. Nice to see someone doing something other than the standard platonic solids.

It’d be pretty trivial to do in sketchup…

I’ve only made a couple of attempts at it, and watched a few youtube videos. Basically, a reminder that I have no idea what I’m doing. There are some cool shapes out there that would be super rad on using faces cut on a glowforge.

Nice!

I searched for cuboctahedron svg

Then I put in white poster board paper and ran a score at 5% 500 speed and it did great at scorning it !

Try a great rhombicosidodecahedron svg

I am trying to learn about quantum language and computing and the cuboctahedron turned out to be a good representation of a cubit for the Hadamard gate. Sadly I think the cuboctahedron is the most boring of the Archimedean solids. Can you guess my two favorite Archimedean solid? I won’t snub you if you don’t answer

A snub dodecahedron?

There are lots of people who have done pretty deep dives into -hedrons on here.

I did a few but never did post the bulk of them. Here’s a previously unreleased pic:

And why not, a second:
