A few people on Facebook are reporting that cut and score lines are not being differentiated in the interface. They have shared screenshots of the files that show two different colors for the score lines as well as the cut lines. All of the lines are grouped together in the interface. This is new behavior they state and it happens across files.
In trying to replicate the error, I opened the Gift of Good Measure on my Pro and Spark machines. For the Spark, the interface shows all of the different colored lines as usual. In the Pro, there is no color. Glowforge support has been notified, but I thought I would share here in case anyone else is seeing this strange behavior
Glowforge support responded rather quickly to my support ticket. They asked for photos/video. I supplied the above. They suggested I reset the design and change the material. The interface now loads the file as expected. I was impressed with their response time.
Odd solution. I wonder what’s causing it and what specifically made it properly respond. I have a feeling those actions force a bed update somehow. Or reset the preview.
