I have been cutting a file for weeks with no issues and all of the sudden it has been cutting on top of itself… Any ideas? I reuploaded the file in case it became corrupt somehow cleaned everything, recalibrated etc.
Be sure you’re not moving / bumping the head when the machine is on; that will cause it to lose its calibration until the next time you start it up.
Just a tip – since you’ve opened a support ticket by posting here, post as much information as you can so they don’t have to ask you for it when they get here. It will save time. In this case, in addition to photos of your projects that have printed incorrectly, they will probably want to see photos of the Gift of Good Measure printed on PG material, as it will give them a good idea of what’s going on.
