Is there anything stopping us from cutting photos already printed at places like Walmart? Chemical wise.

What kind of pictures ie. Material? If it’s those modern clear acrylic slabs with a photo on, you’d have to check if they direct print or print to a vinyl first( not good). Or just a card photo? That should be fine
Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was thinking just photo paper and ink. Probably matte.
