Has this happened to anyone else. It looks like the inside fried. The little piece in my hand came out once I was able to get the lens out because the lens itself was almost completely sideways it was no longer in proper position. The picture looks as if the lens was put on backwards but I had taken the lens off the blue tool and just put I back on like that for picture purpose.
Yeah, unfortunately that’s happened before. Support will need to talk to you. In the meantime, just unplug it. (Don’t try to run the machine with a damaged head.)
