Ditto. Have never had the need to use fusion or any other product. I get a greater sense of pride and craftsmanship conceptualizing my builds. There are so many variations I can do now that I have a solid foundation to work with… me personally knowing the “layers” intimately help me with that. Fusion takes my left brain out of that equation

Once things get complicated enough (articulating joints or unusual angles interacting) importing shapes into f360 for a bit of refinement can be a big time saver. Drawing complex shapes in f360 natively is a no-go.

For that, it might be only useful for layout and perhaps ribs, but I have been very impressed with what can be done with Freeship.
This is as close as I have come in a similar design shape…
but shows what results are possible.
Since moisture is a ca glue accelerator, if the planks have been soaked to produce the bowed shape, not only is accelerator probably not needed, I wouldn’t be surprised if the glue itself dries too quickly to even be useful in this case.
