I am a newbie and the sample projects do not show up on my screen. I wanted so bad to try the snap box and the ornament but not one of the projects will come up on my screen when I click open. Can someone help? Thanks
Support might have to help you out…do the files show up on your Dashboard? If so, once you click on the file to open it in the interface (where the bed is), you can try resetting the design by clicking the 3 dots icon on the top row and choose Reset Design.
If that doesn’t make them show up, support might need to load them for you.
Worth trying the reset though…welcome to the forum.

Just tried it, it doesn’t work.
Can you open any of the designs Glowforge supplies in the catalog? Can you zoom out and share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
What happens when you click “Create” and choose New Blank Design?
