Hey everyone! Glowforge sent me my replacement and I’m super happy to get it fired up in a couple of minutes.
I don’t want to bother support, since I already sent them an email for help on sending back the old glowforge.
I just want to know how can I delete my 1st gf from showing up in the app? I couldn’t find a delete key for this.
Does Support have to delete it from their end? I hope not because I would hate to keep bothering them.

Posting here opens a support ticket, that is the reason this forum section is here, but they are the only ones that can remove it.
As stated in the forum description:

Thanks for the response. I had a feeling that they are the only ones that can delete it.
I really hate to Keep bothering them.
I’m still waiting for Email for a tracking number and packing slip for the old one So I can send it back and now I just wanted to delete this.

I went ahead and removed your old Glowforge from your account since the replacement has arrived. I sent off a follow up over email as well, so I’m going to close this thread.
