I’m so frustrated, I’m using my passthrough and everything works fine up until the Third pass. When trying to align it derails, this has happened 3 times already, always on the third pass.
If I understand, I wonder if the weight of the material extending out of the passthrough is causing the material to bow up and bind the gantry.

No I don’t think so. I have support on Both sides of the passthrough
