so i have done a ton of engraving was time to clean up, whipped out my ziess wipes fresh single use got to it… now i have this shadow, i have changed the material several times incase it was something on the material the naked eye couldnt see, i have also re cleaned the lens multiple times, and the shadow doesnt change nor do i see any hair or lint etc…
did i finally scratch it, and is the lens replaceable yet ?
That’s not the clearest picture, but yes the lenses and windows are replacable.

American photonics sells an aftermarket lens, you can find them with an easy Google.
Wiregrass technologies might have parts for sale.
I might start by contacting Glowforge support to be sure you know which part needs repairing. You said “lens” but people frequently mean one of the windows when they say that, your picture isn’t clear enough for me to be sure.
Talking to support will also let you be sure there isn’t anything else you can try on your end before you have to replace a part. They may have suggestions for advanced cleaning that could help.
Is this shadow caused by your lid camera? If so, the lid camera lens is not a part that Glowforge sells. The good news is that the lid camera is not important for machine performance. It is only a tool for placing artwork. If you can ignore the shadow, you will be able to use the machine as usual.
