Placed two separate orders for a replacement mirror for my PRO , the first order was cancelled and because it went out of stock. Received the email stating it was back in stock and placed a second order only to be informed yesterday that it was cancelled yet again because it was out of stock and my money was refunded. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I recently purchased a second machine (Plus) and am seriously considering returning it due to what I consider serious customer service issues. I absolutely LOVE my Glowforge, but am SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of customer care considering the price tag of these machines.
