When i use the trace feature, it comes up with 2 lines around the image. they are the width of the marker i used to sketch the image. when it loads into the GF, it cuts the image twice and makes it very burned and jaggedy. Any solutions? Im pretty new to using my GF.
Welcome to the community! You need to delete one of the sets of lines. I remember that ‘trace’ does that but haven’t used it for about 4 years, now.

Try clicking on the outside of the line, not the line itself. It will then trace just the outside edge of the figure and result in two operations: an engrave of the figure and a cutline of the outside edge (as long as it is a closed figure with no gaps).
