Can anyone help with this problem? When I upload a hand drawn picture using the camera when I go to cut out only the white parts it shows double lines and cuts 2 different lines? I’ve tried only clicking on the outside lines and just inside lines and it still double cuts. Any suggestion’s?

The problem is that a line has an outside edge and an inside edge. The Glowforge sees both.

Are you using the trace tool?
I’m sorry to hear you are still getting double lines when using the trace feature.
Can you send a photo of the drawing you are trying to print out?
Also, can you tell me the date and time of the print so I can extract logs and review them?
