Editing Text not working

I can’t edit any text, weight, spacing, font, etc. I have tried clearing my cache and restarting my computer. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I just opened an old file and was able to edit the text that was in it. Are you working with an old file or trying to add text in a new design? Are you still a premium subscriber? Have you tried a different browser?

I’m having the same problem. I make the edits and click out and none are saved. I have tried to start a new text box and change the font and it won’t change - stays on Lato default. I tried another browser to no avail. Anyone have suggestions?

I am not having this issue, so I can only suggest using another browser. I know you said you changed browsers, but try a third one to see if that changes anything. If this were a system wide problem, there would be lots of reports about text problems.
