This evening during a routine cut, the printer head window fell out and onto the piece we were engraving. Before we could stop it, the laser head moved over the window and etched into the glass, burning the center. I see that there are replacement window heads (black) available in the shop, however, they are out of stock. Does anyone know where else we might be able to procure one? Or if anyone has a spare we would be willing to purchase it from you. We have a mountain of holiday orders to get out and this is the worst possible timing.
